Publique was launched in a small residential area in Sangsu-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul in 2011.
Publique means 'good bread that anyone can enjoy’ in French, and is a bakery brand that constantly strives to recreate the taste of authentic French bakery using the finest bread ingredients such as carefully selected organic wheat flour, rye, and French butter.
The typical types of bread made by Publique are 35 types of bread, including hard-based breads such as Campagne, Baguette, and Ciabatta, and Croissants, Montblanc, etc. In addition, it is producing more than 40 kinds of desserts such as Eclair, Tart, Chocolate Mousse, and Flakes.
